Rosemary is an experienced product manager who has specialized in software development, agile enablement and lean methodologies for the past seven years. She has worked across diverse domains including government, finance, retail and enterprise. After starting her tech career in the New York City start-up scene, she moved into consulting and has spent time with ThoughtWorks and Pivotal Labs London. She has done freelance consulting and training with incubator programs like start-up bootcamp, done UX research on four continents and likes cold water surfing.

Andrew's been in product since 2009 when he started work at Xero as one of their first product managers. Over the following six years he learnt a huge amount about product leadership principles, hiring product people, broad stakeholder management, team models, customer engagement and empowering teams to do their best work. After Xero he worked as the Global Head of Product for a small startup building holograms (a story for another time!) and for the last two and a half years has been building his own business as a Product Leadership Coach on a mission to raise the understanding and practice of product leadership across New Zealand.
