Matthew (@mattycurry) discusses how Lovehoney focuses on the behaviours behind KPIs and metrics. In this video, he aims to save companies from the paralysis that ensues after trawling through too many KPIs and metrics, and instead advises us to drill down to the emotions and reasoning behind the data.
