SUNDAY REWIND: How can we build human-centred products
When you think about what your team's metrics are measuring, do you feel confident that you're measuring the right things? Are humans at the core of your thinking and are you really putting what people value front and centre? This Sunday rewind, we travel back to #mtpcon London in 2018 to hear from Kim Goodwin who gets us thinking about the metrics we choose to measure.
Kim suggests that by simply focusing on metrics, rather than the humans behind them, we risk making bad decisions that have unintended consequences for people and society. "Until we learn to measure what we value, we will continue to overvalue what we measure," she says.
Watch Kim's talk, How can we Build Human-Centred Product, in full and explore more insights in our Sunday Rewind content series. You can also find out how to join us at the next #mtpcon London here.
