Product managers have the responsibility to include as many customers as possible. If done right, this leads to more revenue.
For a product person then, there are good reasons to keep diversity in mind. But how do we do so? Mirja walked the audience through her personal suggestions:
- Foster a diversity mindset in your team
- Initially dive deep
- Leave your home turf
- Go incognito for a bit
- Quantify early
