If you know your customers well, you’ll know why they have the problem in the first place, and how to present the solution in a way that helps them integrate it appropriately.

Intuitive is not a plus

Invest time in learning new things, even if they are not related to your area of work.

You are not alone

You are stronger with your team when you can connect the knowledge of different people to bring clarity.
