Experimentation can add real value to your product. It&#8217;s certainly a must-have tool for your product manager toolkit, if used correctly. Used incorrectly and you might find yourself heading in the wrong direction entirely — a point made by <a href="https://www.linkedin.com/in/jonnoronha/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Jon Noronha,</a> in his 2018 ProductTank Francisco talk.
