About Us
We're building a new consumer hardware product from 0→1.
As an early-stage team, we're looking for curious, driven people who enjoy solving problems, learning quickly, and working across different parts of the business.
This isn't a traditional internship with a fixed role. Every week will be different, giving you the opportunity to work directly with the founding team and gain hands-on experience across research, strategy, community engagement, and go-to-market initiatives.
What You'll Work On
Depending on business priorities, you'll contribute to projects across areas such as:
Market research and competitor analysis
User and customer research
Community research (Reddit, Facebook, Discord, Slack, YouTube, etc.)
Social media research and community engagement
Customer and distributor outreach
Documentation and knowledge management
GTM (Go-to-Market) support
Special projects across product and operations
Responsibilities
Research markets, competitors, products, and industry trends
Read customer reviews and identify recurring patterns and insights
Participate in online communities to understand user needs
Create discussion posts and engage with online communities
Conduct customer interviews and summarise findings
Support outreach to users, distributors, and other stakeholders (online and offline)
Organise research into clear reports and presentations
Use AI tools to improve research and automate repetitive work
Take ownership of ad hoc projects as the team evolves
