About this role
We're hiring our founding Growth/GTM lead, the person who turns founder-led sales into a repeatable, compounding growth engine. Right now the founders close every deal. Your job is to own that motion end to end and scale it: find the founders who need us, get them on a call, and build the system that does it without us.
This is 0 to 1. You won't inherit a playbook. You'll write it.
What you'll do
Own pipeline end to end, from outbound and inbound to first touch to closed.
Build the GTM system: channels, sequences, messaging, and the data to know what's working.
Stay in the trenches. Talk to founders daily, run demos, and close deals yourself before you scale the motion.
Prove new growth channels: the YC network, content, partnerships, new corridors, in-person events.
Work directly with the founders on positioning, pricing, and strategy.
