Taras is a Product Manager in fintech, previously a Product Owner, who transitioned into product from a QA background. He works on payment orchestration products, turning complex, multi-party workflows into clear product direction. His scope includes discovery, structured requirements (PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria), stakeholder alignment, and close collaboration with engineering, design, and QA to ship reliably. He's especially interested in payment technologies and compliance (3DS, tokenization, PCI DSS, GDPR), provider integrations, and improving delivery through better processes, documentation, and measurable OKRs/KPIs.
