Over the past 13+ years, Beata has worked across multiple industries. She’s currently a product coach. Previously, she’s been Head of Product for the Access Group - leading the NFP Division. She’s been working in a range of B2C and B2B verticals (martech, health, IP and innovation), and co-founded the Emarsys Product Academy in 2018. As a coach, she specialises in helping to build product strategy and the dual-track mindset across organisations and teams.
