Marta is currently a Product Director at Springer Nature, where she leads a team of product managers and product-minded people. Her focus over the last 10+ years has been on product innovation in scientific publishing and digital transformation. She holds a M.A. degree in German Language and Culture (who would have thought!) from the University of Wroclaw, Poland. She is based in London.
