Hermann is Head of Product in the company CSI. Since 2016 he has been developing in the direction of product management. Between 2016 and 2021 he consulted business owners and product managers about Customer Development processes, marketing promotion of the product and other issues. Since 2021, he has managed the product creation of Set Loyalty - CDP platform for data and customer loyalty management in large international retail chains.
