Official rules for the #mtpcon London 2026 workshop+conference ticket bundle prize draw

No purchase necessary. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

1. Eligibilty. The Prize Draw is open only to legal residents of the United Kingdom who are at least eighteen (18) years older. The immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of employees of Pendo.io UK Ltd (“Promoter”) and its affiliates are not eligible to enter. You are responsible for ensuring that your participation in the Giveaway complies with applicable laws and your employer’s policies regarding receiving incentives from third parties.
2. Entry Period: The Entry Period begins at 8.00am GMT on 13th November 2025 and ends at 6:00pm GMT on 13th November 2025 during the PendomoniumX London event (the “Entry Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.
3. How to enter: Visit the Mind the Product booth at the PendomouniumX London event and complete the form to enter the Prize Draw. If you complete the form during the Entry Period, you will receive one (1) entry into the Prize Draw. There is a limit of one (1) entry per person. By entering, you indicate your full agreement to these Official Rules and Promoter’s decisions regarding the Prize Draw, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements in these Official Rules.
4. Drawing: Between November 13, 2025 and November 18, 2025 (inclusive), Promoter will select one (1) potential winner in a random drawing of all entries received during the Entry Period at the event. Each potential winner will be contacted via email on or before 21st of November and will be required to respond within seven (7) days. If a potential winner doesn’t respond within this time, Promoter may select an alternate potential winner in their place in a random drawing of all remaining entries.
5. Prize: The winner will receive a Workshop + Conference ticket (1) to #mtpcon London 2026 (as detailed at https://www.mindtheproduct.com/mtpcon/london/). Promoter will attempt to have the prize delivered via email within ten (10) days of confirming the winner. The winner is responsible for paying taxes and any other costs not listed above, including (but not limited to) the costs of transport to and from a venue or an event. Any prize details not specified above will be determined by Promoter, in its sole discretion.
6. Warranties and non-transferability: The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, has no cash alternative, and is not for resale. No warranty or guarantee is given by the Promoter in relation to the Prize. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize with another prize of equal or greater value if the Prize is not available for any reason, as determined by Promoter, in its sole discretion.
7. General conditions: In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Prize Draw is impaired in any way, Promoter may, in its sole discretion, either: (a) suspend the Prize Draw to address the impairment and then resume the Prize Draw; or (b) award the prize at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the operation of the Prize Draw, violates these Official Rules, or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Promoter reserves the right to seek damages from any person who seeks to undermine the legitimate operation of the Prize Draw. Failure by Promoter to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. Proof of sending any communication to Promoter by mail shall not be deemed proof of receipt of that communication by Promoter. The Prize Draw is subject to applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
8. Release and Limitations of Liability: By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Promoter, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Prize Draw or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorised human intervention in the Prize Draw; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, or telephone or network lines; (c) printing errors; (d) lost, late, postage-due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail; (e) errors in the administration of the Prize Draw or the processing of entries; or (g) injury or damage to persons or property. You further agree that in any cause of action, in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for lawyer’s fees. You waive the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages.
9. Privacy and Publicity:  Any information you submit as part of the Prize Draw will be treated in accordance with Promoter’s Privacy Policy. Except where prohibited, participation in the Prize Draw constitutes an entrant’s consent to Promoter’s use of their name, likeness, voice, opinions, biographical information, and county of residence for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.
10. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
11. Winner Information: For the name of the winner, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to Pendo.io UK Ltd, Birchin Court 5th Floor, 19-25 Birchin Lane, London, EC3V 9DU. Requests must be received by 18th January 2026.
