About this role
The Company
DotBlocks is a French startup with the ambition of making numerical simulation truly accessible to industry, by combining computational performance, ease of use, and collaboration. We develop and commercialize a cloud platform enabling the design of powerful and customizable numerical simulation tools, aimed at supporting industrial innovation in both R&D and operational contexts.
The Role
DotBlocks' goal is to enable both experts and non-experts to collaborate around numerical simulation within a modern cloud platform. This accessibility translates into a radical transformation of the conventional numerical simulation user journey, converting legacy monolithic tools into a suite of ergonomic and highly configurable tools, in service of a collaboration-focused experience.

Translate these needs as well as the product strategy into a coherent vision addressing three complementary user journeys within a single collaborative platform;
Propose UX/UI solutions suited to resolving functional needs;
Structure and prioritize feature development within a clear roadmap aligned with product priorities;
Manage and prioritize the product backlog;
Drive an iterative design process, relying on user testing and prototypes;
Work closely with technical teams to ensure proper understanding and delivery of features;
Work directly with the Chief Product Officer by contributing to strategic product decisions, across both functional and business dimensions.
