We're hiring a Product Manager — and this one's for the builders.
We're looking for a PM to own Synovate, our next-gen Manufacturing Execution System. The role sits right where software meets the physical world: real factory operations, real data, real customers you'll talk to regularly.
Here's the part worth flagging: this is not a maintenance role. It's an early, high-ownership seat with genuine 0-1 runway — you'll help define both the product and where the company goes from here. Small team, moves fast, growth upside as we scale. There is potential here to expand into other non-manufacturing products and AI-based product development.
What we're looking for:
• 3–5 yrs PM experience, ideally B2B SaaS / enterprise
• Solid technical instincts (comfortable on APIs, data flows, system design)
• A bias toward action and ownership; thrives in ambiguity
Bonus if you've touched manufacturing, MES/ERP, IoT/sensor data, or tools like Power BI or Grafana.
Remote (up to 25% travel for customer insights).
