About this role
At Tyaani, we’re looking for a Product Manager who can connect technology, customer experience, and business operations seamlessly.
This role will drive integrations and efficiency across our digital ecosystem — website, app, ERP, CRM, OMS, analytics, marketing automation, and customer data platforms.
Key focus areas:
· Digital ecosystem & system integrations.
· Business insights & analytics.
· Build solutions that improve personalization, responsiveness, convenience, and luxury experience delivery
· Automation & operational efficiency
· Product execution & technology enhancements. Define product requirements, workflows, and business use cases
· Lead UAT, feature rollouts, bug tracking, and continuous product enhancements
We’re looking for someone with:
• 4–8 years of relevant experience
• Strong understanding of CRM, ERP, analytics & e-commerce ecosystems
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Prior experience in retail, luxury, fashion, jewellery, or D2C brands preferred
Tools exposure:
Shopify/Magento, GA4, Mixpanel, CRM & retention tools, ERP systems, CDPs, Jira/Notion, marketing automation platforms.
