With 1,700 colleagues across the UK and beyond, we’re united by four core values: One Business One Team. Keep It Simple. Grow & Learn. Sustainable Impact.  These aren’t just words – they guide how we support our people, delight our customers, and build a better future for holidays.

About the Role

We’re on a mission to make finding the perfect holiday effortless. As Product Manager – Search & Discovery, you’ll lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of our search and discovery experience, helping guests find the right property faster and with more delight.

You’ll work closely with engineering, UX, data, and marketing teams to evolve how guests explore and discover holidays. From refining ranking and filtering to using machine learning for relevance and personalisation, you’ll shape one of our most critical journeys.

This is a high-impact role for a curious, data-driven Product Manager who thrives on solving complex problems and building intuitive, high-performing digital experiences.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the product vision and roadmap for Search & Discovery across web and app.

  • Partner with the Data Products (ML) team to enhance relevance, ranking, and recommendations.

  • Lead discovery and prioritisation to balance guest needs, commercial goals, and technical feasibility.

  • Collaborate with UX to improve performance, filtering, and overall findability.

  • Use analytics and user insight to drive decisions and measure impact.

  • Champion simple, intuitive experiences that help guests find their perfect stay.

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

  • Proven product management experience across discovery, prioritisation, and delivery.

  • Excellent communicator who turns data and insight into clear product direction.

  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using data and experimentation.

  • Comfortable working with machine learning and translating technical metrics into guest impact.

  • Deep understanding of what makes great search and discovery – performance, UX, and content quality.

  • Collaborative, curious, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with search, ranking, recommendation, or personalisation systems.

  • Background in travel, marketplace, or e-commerce.

  • Familiarity with ML concepts such as relevance scoring and feedback loops.

What We Offer

  • Annual bonus scheme linked to company performance.

  • 33 days’ holiday (including bank holidays), plus up to 5 extra with long service.

  • Birthday day off + 2 volunteering days per year.

  • Enhanced parental leave (24 weeks maternity, 3 weeks paternity at full pay).

  • Discounts on stays with our brands + wellbeing offers.

  • Health cash plan & life assurance.

  • Training & development opportunities.

  • 24/7 mental health support.

  • On-site gym and parking at Chester HQ (near train station).

  • Employee savings scheme + long service awards.

  • Proudly one of only 1,000 B Corp-certified companies in the UK.

Inclusion & Belonging: We believe our strength comes from diverse perspectives and experiences. We encourage everyone to bring their authentic self to work, and we actively welcome applicants from all backgrounds. If you need adjustments during the recruitment process, our team will be happy to help.

👉 Apply today to shape the future of how guests discover their next holiday – and make a real impact with a values-driven, innovative team.
