About this role
What We're Looking For
Must Have:
6-8 years of experience in product management and/or technology leadership
Proven experience leading and managing cross-functional teams across product, tech, data, and business development functions
Proven experience scaling tech solutions from small to large - ideally working with lakhs of active users
Strong stakeholder management skills across diverse teams (tech, program, clinical, data)
Experience coordinating with external tech vendors and managing delivery
Experience supporting budgeting and financial planning for a product or tech function
Proactive, takes ownership, and excited about building from the ground up
Open to field work and travel across India
Experience working in the social sector or with underserved communities
Good to Have:
Experience with AI/ML products or conversational AI
Experience with health tech or women's health
Field experience - having worked directly with communities or implementation teams
Experience supporting grant applications or working with funders
Experience building or managing strategic partnerships for scale
