One (1) winner will receive two (2) conference tickets to INDUSTRY: The Product Conference in 2026 - specific date TBD (“Promotion”)

Eligibility

Open to INDUSTRY: The Product Conference (2025) attendees. Employees of Pendo.io Inc (“Promoter”) and their immediate family/household members are not eligible. Participants are responsible for ensuring that their participation in the Promotion complies with applicable laws and their employer’s policies regarding receiving incentives from third parties.

How to Enter

• Attendees of INDUSTRY: The Product Conference (2026) may sign up to share their contact information with INDUSTRY sponsors -- and, in doing so, those attendees will be entered to win two (2) passes to INDUSTRY: The Product Conference in Cleveland, Ohio on September 9-10, 2026 (valued at $2,590).
• Entries are accepted through the closing remarks made at INDUSTRY: The Product Conference on September 10, 2025.

No purchase is necessary.

Winner Selection

The winner will be randomly drawn from all entrants live on stage and will also be notified by email. To claim the prize the winner must respond to that email within 7 days of the draw.. If unclaimed, a new winner may be drawn.

Prize Conditions

Non-transferable, no cash alternative. The Promoter may modify or cancel the Promotion if necessary.

By entering, you agree to the use of your personal details for promotional purposes. Personal data will be handled per the Promoter’s Privacy Policy. By entering, you also agree that all information shared within the INDUSTRY: The Product Conference registration process will be shared with the following INDUSTRY sponsors: Atlassian, Pendo, Merge, IBM, Airtable, Lucid, Rezoomex, Carnegie Mellon University, Dotwork, Leader Within, ReWired Group, and ITX.

The Promotion is governed by the laws of North Carolina, United States, and disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Raleigh, North Carolina.
