Victor Purolnik is the founder of www.Trustshoring.com. There he helps software startups launch and scale by matching them to a tried and trusted tech team from Eastern Europe. He's a developer by trade and has been outsourcing development work for over five years, including co-founding a dev shop of almost 40 people in Ukraine.
