Mirkka Lansisalo

Mirkka works as Culture Advisory Lead at Futurice, a Finland-based digital services consultancy. She has an extensive background in building successful digital services for clients in various different fields, and helping them grow their business. Before working at Futurice and other digital agencies, Mirkka worked for over decade at Nokia, ensuring the UX of their mobile devices were globally loved. She knows from experience that it takes empathy, inquisitiveness and iteration to build digital products and services that people will fall in love with. Mirkka has a degree in administrative and social sciences from the University of Tampere, and is currently working on her PhD around digital transformation and its effects on psychological safety in the Finnish context.
