Lisa Rogoff

Lisa is an Executive Coach and the Founder of Launch Project (www.yourlaunchproject.com), a leadership development and coaching firm. She specializes in helping executives and high potential new managers unlock their potential and inspire those who work for and around them. Before founding Launch Project, Lisa led the marketing and product management teams for an ed tech firm. She is an expert on empowering others, giving specific and actionable feedback, developing customized 360 degree feedback reviews, and providing professional opportunities so that those around her can learn and thrive. Lisa has her MBA and Masters of Science in Foreign Service from Georgetown University, and a BA from Colgate University. She lives in San Francisco with her husband, two kids, and a wild and crazy dog.
