Isabelle Berner

Isabelle leads our Product and Design departments at Def Method. She has been a Product Manager for 13 years working in startups and consultancies such as Current, Betterment, and Pivotal Labs. She has experience with all aspects of the product life cycle and on a wide variety of products including consumer-facing products as well as enterprise and B2B products. She is dedicated to hiring and developing the best product managers and designers and supporting them as they deliver impactful software that solves important business and user needs for Def Method’s clients. Outside of work, she enjoys kitesurfing, metalsmithing, and hanging out with her 3-year-old, Zoe.
