Faye Benfield

With over 15 years in a combination of charity, digital delivery and product management, Faye is the Head of Improvement, Product & Delivery for Parkinson’s UK, and formerly Head of Product at Comic Relief. Faye has embedded product teams and ways of working, improved digital culture, influenced digital transformation, led the development of award-winning digital products and contributed to record-breaking fundraising campaigns. She has a passion for open source and is one of the organisers of the Open Charity meetup; which strives to increase the impact and value charities can create through sharing ideas, challenges and solutions.
