Elize Bosker

As an international product leader, I look to inspire young product people and help companies grow their innovation initiatives. I have been working in tech for 12+ years, of which a decade in product management in Amsterdam, Berlin, and Paris. In 2019 I spoke at MTP Engage Hamburg and I regularly contribute to events as an attendee or speaker. As a servant leader at Hotjar, I strive to empower my teams, mentor and coach individuals, and nurture talent. My long-term goal is to promote radical transparency in technology towards data privacy to improve people’s lives. In my previous role at Spideo I worked with Enterprise customers, large telco operators, to build out their personalization strategies using our API-based solutions. Before joining Spideo on the B2B side, I led the product development of "Flow" on music streaming service Deezer, reaching >14 million subscribers globally, and implemented new engagement features on Viacom’s video-driven websites in Berlin (B2C). In 2019 I was elected as one of The Inspiring Fifty Netherlands, an initiative that aims to increase diversity in technology by making female role models more visible.
