Daniel Chak

Dan is a Managing Director at JP Morgan Chase & Co., where he leads Product & UX for OpenInvest. He has nearly 20 years of experience in technology across product management and software engineering: Dan started his career at Amazon as a software engineer. At Google, Dan worked on Google Play Books, on efforts in Google’s Research & Machine Intelligence division, and on Google Fi. Dan’s undergraduate studies were in Computer Science and Engineering at MIT; and he holds a Masters in Media Arts and Sciences, focused on Human Computer Interaction, from the MIT Media Laboratory. Dan is also the author of Enterprise Rails, a software engineering book published by O’Reilly Media in 2008. In his recently published book, The Product Manager’s Guide, Dan shares his experience and insights on Product Management learned while at Google.
