Ben Hillson

I work with clients to design new and redesign existing customer experiences. My work is founded in gaining a deep understanding of the needs of clients and their customers to ensure new concepts and the services provided, meet those needs. As such, I play a role in many parts of the design process including conducting design research, extracting insights, creating visual communications, designing concepts, executing prototypes, facilitating workshops with clients, packaging deliverables, and ensuring business analysis and technological discovery align to the goals of the project.
