With an MBA from University of Chicago Booth School of Business and over 15 years of experience in Product Management and Engineering, Balaji has successfully launched and scaled products and has led cross-functional teams to excel in achieving organizational goals across some of the big-tech like Amazon, Adobe and Morningstar. Balaji currently works as a Senior Group Product Manager at Paylocity. Balaji is particularly passionate about helping people break into product management and building products that reduce economic and cognitive friction.
