Ayesha has been developing and shipping industry-recognised B2B2C SaaS products for telcos. She is a Product manager and team leader, with experience from digital and physical products spanning a wide spectrum of the product lifecycle (products in Development, Introduction, Growth and Maturity stages). Product partners include Google, Apple, Microsoft, Netflix and other international and regional content providers and aggregators. Ayesha is passionate about creating delightful customer experiences. She has 15+ years experience working with customers and translating the customer voice into products and solutions that customers loves. She is a Coach/Mentor for HerTech startups and has been a Speaker at the Global Carrier Billing Summit 2021.
