Alexandre Serrurier

Alexandre has been working in product management for 11 years, working for different french tech companies (Twenga, Lesfurets.com, Equativ, Dailymotion, Doctolib and now ManoMano). In his career, Alexander has participated in several organization improvements and revamp. He created the first ever product community in ManoMano a few years ago aimed to make the product team more efficient. Alexander has recently stepped up into the product ops role, creating a framework and a way of working centered around the concept of 'Product environment', which he would like to detail in a series of post. He had a chance to be on stage to speak about this (and especially the evolution of it) at School of Product, PMF, Product Tank, French product, BPI and some french product newsletter (product inbox, thiga, ...).
