Three product leaders to learn from at #mtpcon inside Pendomonium

Emily brings nearly 15 years of product management experience to her role as Managing Director for Mind the Product. While she has worked across a variety of industries, she will always have a soft spot for the travel industry where she spent most of her early career building software for airlines and developing a leading consumer travel app, TripCase. Emily is passionate about the craft of product management and loves talking about new ways to make products people love.

<p><span style="font-size: 1rem;">Since Mind the Product was founded in 2010, our goal has always remained the same—making product people more successful by creating ways for the community to come together to further our craft.</span></p>
<p>To support this mission, we’re making some changes &#8211; as of today, we’re sunsetting our membership program and removing our content paywall to enable wider access to our premium content.</p>
<p>In the last decade, we’ve seen the product management discipline grow infinitely in significance, and more than ever, the product community needs each other and needs a place to come together and learn. We want to give every product manager in the world even more opportunities to connect, learn, and share knowledge all year round.</p>
<h2>Three years of change</h2>
<p>It’s been an interesting few years — not that we need to tell you that — with lots of change. Since the start of the pandemic, Mind the Product Membership has allowed us to create<span style="text-decoration: underline;"><a href="https://www.mindtheproduct.com/mind-the-product-surviving-2020/"> </a></span><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><a href="https://www.mindtheproduct.com/mind-the-product-surviving-2020/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">new ways for the community to come together and learn.</a></span></p>
<p>In addition, between our membership program and pivoting our product training courses and conferences into remote formats (and back again!), we’ve steered the business through a challenging time and we thank you so much for the support.</p>
<p>Finally, at the start of 2022, <span style="text-decoration: underline;"><a href="https://www.mindtheproduct.com/mind-the-product-joins-pendo/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">we joined the Pendo team</a></span>, with the aim to continue pushing forward this global community.</p>
<h2>Looking to the future</h2>
<p>A membership program was something that we’ve always been curious about, and during the pandemic it actually became a lifeline for our business. Today, with many parts of the in-person events industry continuing to recover at a healthy pace, and with the support of Pendo, we’re now in the position to double down on our goal of making product people more successful. Opening up our premium content to all allows us to do just that and we’re really excited to support you in new ways.</p>
<p>Our membership program has provided us with the opportunity to transform the way we create and deliver content, giving our members so much more than we previously could. Going forward, the whole of the product management community will now be able to benefit from what we produce.</p>
<p>We will continue to deliver fresh, data-led insights and engaging interviews with the best product leaders around the world, and as a community-based organisation, we will continue to highlight the most important product topics and bring you the stories and learnings that matter to you the most.</p>
<p>As well as our free content, we’ll continue to deliver our annual flagship conferences in <a href="https://www.mindtheproduct.com/mtpcon/san-francisco/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">San Francisco</a> and <a href="https://www.mindtheproduct.com/mtpcon/london/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">London</a>, and our <a href="https://www.mindtheproduct.com/product-management-training/">much-loved training courses</a>. We’ll also continue to support our <a href="https://www.mindtheproduct.com/producttank/">free ProductTank chapters</a> around the world, giving you regular opportunities to come together online and in person to learn and get inspired.</p>
<p>Thank you so much for helping us through these turbulent times and in turn supporting the product community as a whole. In return, we’re excited to continue to share the important product tools and resources you need to build products people love and excel in your career.</p>
<h2>So, what’s next?</h2>
<p>From today, our content paywall is no more! This means that:</p>
