Get future-ready with your product practice and deliver results

If AI feels overwhelming right now, you’re not alone - we feel it too at Mind the Product. The world is navigating a tumultuous moment, and the waves hitting the product community are some of the largest yet. Every week brings a new tool, a new technique, a new headline… and somehow, you’re expected to figure out what actually matters - and how to apply it in your work.

The most productive move you can make in times like these is to build resilience - developing transferable skills you can confidently apply wherever AI goes next.

That’s why we’ve created two new practical AI training classes for product managers who want to cut through the noise and learn exactly how to put AI into practice:

  • Nov 19-20 | Nov 26-27: Practical AI for Product Managers with Nacho Bassino
  • Nov 24-25 | Dec 3-4: Building AI Experiences in Your Product with Angus Allan

Both courses are hands-on, story-led, and grounded in real-world product practice - giving you plug-and-play tools, frameworks, and the confidence to apply AI right away.

Learning that lasts

These classes will help you put AI into action straight away, but our entire training program is designed to do more than that.

Alongside the immediate application of new tools and techniques, confident adoption of AI-driven practices, stronger alignment across product, design, and engineering, and measurable business results that show real impact - they also teach something even more valuable: a true Product Mindset.

With our training program, we focus not just on what to do, but how to think - how to prioritise, evaluate trade-offs, and make strategic decisions under uncertainty. Given the state of the product world today, I’m sure that all sounds very familiar.

You’ll leave with the tools to solve the right problems for users - sustainably, and at scale. It’s that mix of hands-on learning and big-picture thinking that makes our training different.

Two practical courses to help you master AI in product management

Happening this November and December, with each class you’ll learn how to apply new tools, adopt AI-driven practices with confidence, and see real results, not just for you but for your organisation as well.
