With over 20 years of experience in industries ranging from manufacturing to aerospace, to energy, and more, Daniel Elizalde has seen it all. Currently VP, Head of IoT at Ericsson North America and also an IoT instructor at Stanford University, Daniel talks to Randy and Lily about how to gain the skills needed to confidently and efficiently manage any IoT product.
Quote of the Episode
Most people are hardware product managers, or embedded product managers, or cloud product managers, so when they step back and see that an IoT product has all those components at the same time, it gives them that appreciation of how complex this really is. It’s when you put all those things together in a way that you can actually articulate… and can actually deliver solutions to your customers – that’s when the ‘A-ha! moment’ happens.
