Senior Product leader who knows “what good looks like”, with experience ranging from running platforms with hundreds of millions of users to starting a company. Advisor for high tech growth companies, occasional angel investor. Christian recently lead a number of products and data platforms in which he built a future-proof data platform 200m telco subscribers; he grew an ML-based targeting engine from $0 to $100m revenue for a publisher; he also lead the introduction of a modern POS platform and created its B2B European app market. He was also a key contributor in designing &amp; building Costa’s new fully-digital standalone coffee vending machine, which has been instrumental in its recent sale to Coca-Cola. His Product career started at Google, where he was a key contributor to Gmail and Google Maps. In a previous life, he was a software engineer and an early joiner at Shazam, in which he built out a large part of the initial product and infrastructure. He currently works with high growth companies to increase their business impact by improving the way they design, build and ship products.

A recovering music journalist &amp; editor, Randy Silver has been working as an interactive producer &amp; product manager across the US &amp; UK for nearly 20 years. After launching Amazon’s music stores in the US and UK, Randy has worked with museums and arts groups, online education, media &amp; entertainment, retail and financial services.  He’s held Head of Product roles at HSBC and Sainsbury’s, where he also directed their 100+-person product community.   He's also spoken at Mind the Product Engage (Hamburg), at a number of ProductTanks (London, Zurich, Manchester, Birmingham, Bristol, Oxford,  &amp; Brighton... so far!) and at conferences across the US and Europe.
