Business Analyst

Note: This role is based in our Limassol (Cyprus) office. Relocation package is provided for out of country candidates.

When a feature is still a few opinions in a meeting, you are the person who turns it into something clear, testable and worth building. You'll work closely with the CTO and Product Owner on discovery, business flows, requirements and alignment.

This is hands-on product clarity. You'll ask the questions everyone else skipped, document how a feature should actually behave and make sure developers, QA, product and business stakeholders are all building from the same source of truth.

What you'll own

• Research and define features with the CTO and Product Owner

• Gather and clarify requirements across product, operations, CRM, finance and support

• Document business flows, user journeys, rules, outcomes and expected behaviours

• Translate business needs into feature specifications and acceptance criteria

• Identify edge cases, dependencies, risks and open questions before development

• Maintain product and business documentation as a reliable source of truth

What you bring

• Experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst or Requirements Analyst

• Strong requirements, business-flow, acceptance-criteria and edge-case documentation skills

• Ability to challenge unclear or incomplete requests

• Understanding of digital products, internal tools, dashboards or operational platforms

• Clear written English and confidence with technical and non-technical stakeholders

• A structured, practical and detail-oriented approach with strong ownership
