AI Product Manager, Open AgenticOpen Agentic is where we're building the next generation of AI products for insurance — products that can reshape how insurance is distributed, understood and managed. You'll work directly with the Director of Product, Open Agentic, on some of the highest-profile products in the company, with significant autonomy and end-to-end ownership. You should be able to show us something you've personally built and deployed — we don't care whether it has 1 user (you) or 10 million — and explain how it works and the trade-offs you accepted. Director, Product Management - Data Intelligence Foundation

THE ROLE We are looking for a part-time Product Manager to drive and co-own AI tools, systems and data layers built for organizations working in the humanitarian sector and on gender equality, sexual and reproductive rights, and LGBTQIA+ rights. The role combines product ownership, applied AI and knowledge of the rights and humanitarian sector. What we need most is judgment about what matters. Building things quickly is no longer the hard part. The hard part is building the right thing. We look for domain knowledge, product discipline and technical depth. Much of what our partners need is help using AI well in their workflows, and tools that fit how they already work and that they trust enough to use.
