Adelina is a Senior Product Manager with over seven years of experience. Her Product Management journey includes various domains, notably marketplaces, social e-commerce, fintech, travel, and B2B SaaS. She is currently a startup mentor in the Plug and Play accelerator, advising founders on Product-Led Growth and Product Management Previously she led the Growth area at Wallapop and 21 Buttons, two European scale-ups focusing on Product-Led Acquisition and Retention strategies. Other notable engagements include speaking at the Product Management Festival, teaching Product Management at allWomen boot camp, and organizing a Startup Weekend event in Barcelona.
