Middle Product Manager

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Middle Product Manager to drive the execution and continuous improvement of our core SaaS workflow platform. You will sit at the intersection of business, design, and engineering to translate user feedback and product telemetry into clear, high-impact features.

Key Responsibilities

Own and prioritize the product backlog for 1–3 cross-functional feature teams.

Conduct quantitative and qualitative user research to identify operational bottlenecks and user pain points.

Write clear, actionable user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical PRDs.

Partner closely with UI/UX designers to validate wireframes and prototype workflows.

Track product health metrics (activation rate, retention, feature adoption) using Amplitude/Mixpanel.

Requirements

3+ years of product management experience delivering B2B software products.

Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in SQL or product analytics tools.

Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
