Agenda

12:00pm — Arrive, Lunch & Connect

Doors open at midday with a catered lunch at CodeNode. Come hungry — for food and conversation. This is your chance to meet fellow product leaders before the afternoon kicks off.

1:00pm — Opening Remarks

We'll gather together for opening remarks and set the stage for the day!

1:15pm — Workshop & Peer Discussions

After the keynote, the forum splits into two groups — rotating across the afternoon so that every attendee experiences all three sessions.

2-hour workshop: Resilience by Design, w/ Kate Leto

When pressure rises, leadership becomes less about intention and more about habit. This two-hour interactive workshop led by leadership coach, Kate Leto, gets into the practical, repeatable ways leaders make decisions and respond under pressure — and how those patterns shape resilience across teams and organisations.

You'll surface the leadership strategy you're already running (often without realising it), examine what's serving you well versus what's creating drag, and leave with one focused shift you can test immediately.

Discussion 1: Rebuilding the Product Team for an AI-Native World

The traditional triad of Product, Design, and Engineering is transforming due to agentic AI. This peer discussion will help product leaders understand what’s shifting: how AI agents are reshaping the product development cycle, what AI means for team size and structure, which skills still matter for your team, which are fading, and how leaders can ensure their entire team is moving effectively.

Discussion 2: Building Influence and Resilience in an Era of Constant Change

AI is changing what leadership expects from your product, and that’s making the job of a Product Leader even harder. Gaining trust, communicating your rationale, and holding your ground with senior stakeholders is already one of the biggest sources of burnout for product leaders. Add shifting AI priorities into the mix and those conversations get even more charged. This discussion focuses on how to build influence and resilience—both upwards and within your team—so you can handle difficult AI conversations whilst driving a clear product strategy.

5:30pm — Closing Fireside Chat
We'll bring everyone back together to close out the day with an engaging fireside chat featuring Todd Olson, Co-Founder and CEO at Pendo. The discussion with Todd will bring to life all of the concepts discussed throughout the day.

6:00pm — Drinks Reception

We'll close out the day by enjoying drinks, conversation, good people, and good vibes -- with the event concluding at 7:00pm.

From product to people, strategy to influence

Let's be real, you've got the frameworks down. You know the tools. But the hardest part of leading product isn't the roadmap - it's the people, the politics, the pressure.

At the 2026 Leadership Forum, we're going deeper. This isn't about passive learning, it's about active growth. You'll sharpen the skills that actually move the needle: inspiring teams, navigating org dynamics, and owning your seat at the leadership table.

You'll be in a room full of fellow product leaders who speak your language and share your challenges. Together, you'll workshop, debate, connect, and come away with not just fresh ideas, but a stronger network and a sharper sense of your leadership edge.

This isn't just a forum. It's a catalyst.
