He has run two $1bn products – Candy Crush Saga and Farm Heroes Saga – and now heads up the London Studio. Prior to joining King, he was part of a small R&D team that created several world-first interactive products, and led the digital strategy team that advised 100+ productions of Pop Idol, The X Factor, and Got Talent worldwide. Todd started out in radio at the BBC World Service, and has delivered over 100 hours of university teaching on media. Martina Hodges-Schell Head of Product Design at Pivotal Labs Martina helps organisations become more customer-centric and helps them develop the culture, teams and practices to innovate and deliver outstanding products. Over 20 years Martina has led product innovation capabilities and built thriving cross-disciplinary teams for world-class consultancies (Pivotal, Flow, Method), tech leaders (Amazon, Yahoo!) and startups/scaleups (Play.com, Travelmatch). She has had the opportunity to support a wide variety of market-leading clients across sectors in their transformation journey and to launch new products. She co-authored “Communicating the UX Vision” to help cross-disciplinary teams communicate and collaborate better, mentors start-ups and emerging leaders, and teaches user-centred design at the University of London.  Dominique Jost CPO at Scout24 Dominique has been with Scout24 Switzerland for 15 years. With a background in software engineering, he started out writing code for Immoscout24.ch, and gradually transitioned into different leadership roles in engineering and business development. He is interested in all aspects of creating great digital products, and loves learning and sharing. Dominique is currently leading the product organization at Scout24 Switzerland, where he helps multiple cross functional, agile and international teams achieve their goals. Laura Mahy Director of Product at Habito Balaji Nageswaran CPO at Spotahome Faye Benfield Product Lead at Parkinsons UK Louis Badcock Director of Product and UX at Cazoo Tony Llewellyn Team Development Director at ResoLex Tony Llewellyn is Collaboration Director at Resolex, a firm specializing in team development. Much of his earlier career was spent working in the Real Estate sector, but since 2011 he has been pursuing a long term interest in interpersonal dynamics and the effectiveness of people working in teams. He spends most of his time working with project leaders and their teams, as a coach, consultant, facilitator or trainer. He is also a visiting lecturer at the University of Westminster as well as a guest lecture at a number of other UK universities. Teams. Tony has written two books around the theme of team coaching, and is currently completing a third book on the particular challenges of leading teams on large projects. Mel McVeigh Product Director at Conde Nast Mel McVeigh is Product Director at Conde Nast (one of the world’s largest media companies and publishers of Vogue, GQ, The New Yorker, Vanity Fair and Wired amongst other brands) Her role is to lead a global product organisation transformation as well as define the global digital strategy for brands like Conde Nast Traveller. Previous to this she has been responsible for transforming customer experience and digital products and services across leading European and UK brands in retail, commerce, publishing and travel – Photobox, Telegraph Travel and Mr&MrsSmith. Mel is also a passionate advocate of slow lifestyle in all its manifestations, from remote and flexi-working, to making sure we all have time for personal projects, family and travel and a life more than just work.
