Imogen brings more than 10 years of experience in print and digital to her role as Director of Content Strategy for Mind the Product. The core of her experience comes from 10 years working as an editor for Bauer Consumer Media, a division of Europe’s largest privately-owned publishing group, and as Head of Content for Benivo, an award-winning startup.

<p>In this MTP Leader panel discussion, leaders Adaora Asala, Jen Taylor, and Jeremy Toeman joined Emily Tate to discuss empowered teams and decision agility. They cover how and where leaders should get involved in decisions, the struggles all leaders have in letting go of decisions as we move into leadership roles, and what our roles really should be in ensuring good decisions get made in a timely manner.</p>

<p>VP of Product at <a href="https://pathcheck.org/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">PathCheck Foundation</a>, <a href="https://www.linkedin.com/in/iamsaia/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Adaora (Spectra) Asala</a> is a product and UX strategist and technology leader with 15 years&#8217; experience leading brand, product, and market growth for tech startups and social impact ventures across the globe.</p>
<h6>Jen Taylor</h6>
<p><a href="https://www.linkedin.com/in/talkwjt/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Jen Taylor</a> is Head of Product and Design at <a href="https://www.cloudflare.com/en-gb/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Cloudflare</a> where she leads the delivery of cloud-based performance, security, and reliability solutions. Previously she was Senior Vice President of Product Management at Salesforce and held a variety of senior product and marketing roles at Facebook and Adobe. Jen has a BA in Public Policy from Brown University and MBA from Harvard Business School.</p>
<p><strong>Jeremy Toeman</strong><br />
Currently Chief Product Officer at <a href="https://www.warnermedia.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">WarnerMedia Innovation Lab,</a> <a href="https://www.linkedin.com/in/jtoeman/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Jeremy Toeman</a> is a product leader with a deep track record and experience building innovative media, hardware, and other consumer products. Jeremy has also lead CNET, Viggle, and Sling Media, and is an entrepreneur who has built and sold several products.</p>
<p><strong>Emily Tate</strong><br />
Prior to joining Mind the Product, your host Emily Tate spent over 10 years in product leadership as a consultant with Pivotal Labs and product manager in the travel industry. She started her career managing software solutions for airlines before taking her experience to the traveller’s side of the journey as the product manager for a leading travel management app, TripCase.</p>
