Ryan is the founder of LEANSTUDIO and a product innovation consultant with 15+ years experience at the intersection of product management and innovation. He has partnered with enterprises like SanDisk, Panera, and Unilever, helping teams build data fluency, make evidence-based product decisions, and deliver value faster to customers. Ryan was a key early evangelist and community builder for the Lean Startup movement. A Mind the Product trainer since 2019, Ryan has led workshops on data-driven product innovation for teams around the world. He brings a rigorous, evidence-based approach that helps product organizations turn data into sustainable, measurable results. Ryan also teaches Design Thinking & Prototyping in the Innovation Management program at UC Berkeley and hosts a meetup series on AI ethics and risk mitigation.
