General Information
When and where is Mind the Product Chicago 2026?
Mind the Product Chicago 2026 will take place in Chicago on October 6–7.
Optional workshops will run on October 6 at the Swissôtel Chicago.
A full conference day on October 7 at the Harris Theater.
What is Mind the Product Chicago and how is it different to INDUSTRY?
Mind the Product Chicago is the conference for the product community to come together and reconnect. You can still expect cutting edge learnings and conversations with your fellow product people. The difference is a newer, more streamlined format to allow for focused, individualised problem solving and heightened takeaways. As well as a new name, swanky look, and exciting city!

What are the workshops?

Registration
Can I have a receipt for my ticket?
Yes! After purchasing, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your receipt.
Can I pay for my ticket(s) by invoice?
We require a minimum order of 5 tickets to issue an invoice. Request to pay by invoice by emailing hello@mindtheproduct.com.
Tickets are not held until payment has been made – there are no exceptions to this.
We cannot agree to any terms and conditions associated with Purchase Order numbers or other supplier agreements.
Please note that we will not issue any invoice after September 7.
Can I register and buy a ticket at the event?
We strongly recommend purchasing your ticket in advance to avoid disappointment, as tickets may sell out.
Do I need to print out my ticket?
No need! A digital ticket or your confirmation email is sufficient for entry.
Do you offer discounts for students, startups, non-profits, etc.?
Whilst we do not offer specific discounts for these categories, we do offer team discounts where a 10% discount applies on 6 or more tickets.
For 10 or more tickets, we will also add a complimentary Conference + Workshop Bundle. The ticket limit for purchasing online is 25. If you require more than 25 tickets, please email us at hello@mindtheproduct.com.
Do you offer group discounts?
Teams of 6 or more get 10% off each ticket:
- if purchasing the same ticket type, the discount will automatically apply at checkout
- if you want to purchase 6 or more different ticket types, please email hello@mindtheproduct.com
If you are bringing 10 or more of your team, you will get 10% off each pass and a free Conference + Workshop Bundle. Contact us at hello@mindtheproduct.com after your purchase to claim your complimentary Conference + Workshop Bundle, request an invoice, or get assistance with your purchase.
Does my conference ticket give me access to the workshops?
To access the workshop, you will need to purchase a Workshop Bundle, which also includes access to the Conference.

How do I request a refund?
Refunds can be requested until September 7. Please contact us at hello@mindtheproduct.com

Do I need to register separately for a workshop?
Yes, you will need to purchase a Workshop Bundle. This pass will give you access to the full-day sessions taking place on October 6 and to the Conference on October 7.

The main conference will be held at the Harris Theater, 205 E Randolph Street, Chicago, IL 60601.

How do I get from the airport to the venue?

What airport should I fly into?
Chicago is served by two main airports, O'Hare International Airport (ORD) and Midway International Airport (MDW), which handle the vast majority of passenger traffic. O'Hare is a massive, major international hub located northwest of downtown, while Midway is closer to the city center and primarily handles domestic, low-cost flights. Other regional options include Gary/Chicago International (GYY) and Chicago Rockford (RFD).

Do you share a list of attendees?
No, we respect attendee privacy and do not share lists.

If you have any accessibility needs or dietary requirements you think we should be aware of, please let us know before the day so that we can ensure we meet your needs and have someone on hand to assist you if required. You can email us at hello@mindtheproduct.com.
What food and refreshments will be provided at the conference events?
We will provide breakfast, lunch, and snacks/drinks throughout.
Other Information
Are there volunteering opportunities?
Volunteering for Mind the Product is a great opportunity to experience the conference and meet other like-minded people, we are so happy to have volunteers! It's also a fantastic opportunity to meet some key product people including members of the Mind the Product team and #mtpcon speakers.
You must be available for the full day – it is a lot of hard work, but it is a lot of fun. We have a small number of spaces available for every conference and give priority to our alumni volunteers. Please email us at hello@mindtheproduct.com if you are interested, and we will be in touch closer to the time to let you know if space is available.
Can I have a supporting letter for my visa application?
Absolutely. Please email us at hello@mindtheproduct.com and we will issue you with an invitation letter. You will need to have already purchased a ticket for us to send you a letter. If your visa application is rejected for whatever reason, you can still request a refund in alignment with our refund policy.
