- Natalia says to be open to feedback as you may not always have the answers to your questions. Also, bring your team along on the journey. - It takes a lot of resilience to embrace change; it’s a constant in our roles, Natalia says. As product managers, we must be open to change in product. When dealing with change, ask yourself, ‘Is this beneficial to the customer’? Answering this will ensure that you are comfortable in the discomfort of change. - How can you start igniting change? First, consider high-cadence communication. There is no such thing as over-communication in product, Natalia says. Second, provide or ask for role clarity on product managers. Third, talk more and silo less—find ways to build bridges.
