Jess has more than 10 years of experience developing and shipping user-centric digital products. From startups to Fortune 100 companies, Jess uses proven agile methodologies to set up teams for success, ethnographic research to uncover unmet user needs, and human-centered design to solve problems. Throughout her career she has worked with Google, Discover Financial, Tyson Foods, and various startups. Jess holds a bachelor's degree in communication from Vanguard University of Southern California and a master’s degree in product design and development management from Northwestern University.
