Last month we had a nice catchup where we identified considerable interest in Vision among Product people. Product Vision is one of the most potent and meaningful tools in a PM's tool stack. It is a driving force for best-known tech companies. It helps to scale, attract talent and communicate its purpose to the broader society.
However, many of us have mixed feelings about it. Some of us find it hard to separate Vision from Mission. On top of that, there are Strategy and team Goals. So what is Product Vision? Should all teams have their vision? Does it guide us during "feature factoring" new features or works as an obstacle? Let's come together to bring some more clarity to the topic.
This is the second Product Tank Vilnius meetup this season. It will be an open panel with three experienced guests who will share their experiences and wisdom building Product Vision.

Mindaugas Jankauskas is an experienced product manager and leader who has worked for Vinted, Booking.com, Mysterium Network and advised various companies on product development. Currently, Mindaugas's is Chief Product Officer in the Lithuanian startup CGTrader.
Martynas Nikolajevas - one of the founders of Startup Highway who contributed to the development of Treatweel, director of Litilit and Kataviškės board, helped to co-found Veleza & Freidesk companies.
Karolis Strumskis - product specialist who has spent his last 10 years working directly with co-founders at various post-early-stage startups. Sr. Director of Product at Omnisend, previously Product Director and PM at Adform.
