Speakers:

Christina Gkofa - Head of Product Buyer Experience @METRO Markets

Born in Greece with a Bachelor's in Business Studies, Marketing from the University of Sheffield and eternal degree in managing chaos, growth and change. What keeps her awake at night and going through the day is tinkering to find the right mix for creating products that solve people's problems in a meaningful way. She dove into tech and the online industry since 2014 and her curiosity for products and tech has since grown into a passion with experiences from Trivago, StepStone and Metro Markets. She is currently mentoring and working with highly driven product managers on a daily basis towards shaping a dynamic marketplace, tailored to customers' needs. Throughout the multiple strategic initiatives, she has been involved in the past years, her areas of expertise include: great UX, website conversion optimization, A/B testing, retention and personalization.

Victoria Dalrymple - Product Lead, Editorial Tools @Reach

With a 15 year career spanning music, fintech and publishing, Victoria has a wealth of experience in helping teams build awesome digital products with a user centric approach. Currently a Senior Product Manager at Reach plc., she leads a team to enable users create compelling content at scale for UK's largest news publisher.

Neil Roberts - Chief Product Officer @Papier

Neil started out as a developer, progressed into eCommerce, then stumbled into Product Management about 10 years ago. He led Eurostar's digital product strategy, building an awesome product and design team that created digital products for mobile, web, onboard trains and in stations that transformed every element of Eurostar's experience. It's there he developed a love for human centered design and true appreciation of how good product design teams can be transformational for businesses and customers alike.

He spent 2 delightful years at MOO.com, working on their product and growth strategy, learning huge amounts about agile coaching, leadership and team dynamics. Not having had enough of paper, he decided to join the exec team at Papier.com as CPO and he's loving every minute there.

Jason Gregory - Sr. Product Manager @ASOS

Jason began his career as a music journalist, but made the switch from managing editorial teams to managing products more that siz years ago, while working at Global. During his time at the commercial radio company, he managed products across their audio and content portfolio and was also one of the co-founders of their youth-focussed brand, PopBuzz.

He now works at ASOS, where Jason's built UGC community propositions, chatbots and voice assistants that help customers find products they love and is currently leading the product for ASOS Marketplace. It;s probably his favorite product yet, because he gets to combine long-term strategic thinking and product leadership with the day to day challenges of building a platform that serves a diverse and passionate range of customers, who are all trying to accelerate fashion's transition to a more sustainable future.
