Post-agile hot shit?

This event has past

=========

Product development and product management not only includes technology and market know-how, but also requires suitable processes, which we as product people have to define, help shape and live.

Now that many companies have gained experience with agile methods and "agile theater" in different product development areas, the question remains: What is next?

How can the agile spirit find its way out of the small agile bubble and gain entry into the entire organization? And does this make any sense at all?

In his talk, Alexander Krause helps to understand why the distinction between "complicated" and "complex" is so important, how to find the right people for every task and why a constant dialogue is required for more elegant solutions and products.

The topics around #BusinessAgility, #InvitingLeadership, #FlightLevels, #Motivation & #Engagement are highlighted.

This time we’re back at Chrono24, who will sponsor pizza & drinks in their nice offices - Thank You!
