Claire Vo CPO at Color, former CPO at Optimizely

Claire is the CPO at Color, who provide the technology and infrastructure for large-scale health initiatives. Prior to joining Color in 2020, she was the Chief Product Officer at Optimizely, after they acquired Experiment Engine – the startup she founded and led as CEO. She also has extensive product experience from Electronic Arts and Build a Sign, and is passionate about building product teams, how diversity benefits products &  customers, and high velocity product experimentation.

Dave is a leadership coach, enterprise agile leader and trainer with over 20 years of product management and leadership experience, which he leverages to drive large-scale transformation in complex organizations. Sara Wachter-Boettcher Author, Technically Wrong

Sara Wachter-Boettcher is an author, speaker, coach, and strategist dedicated to changing design and tech for good. She’s the founder of Active Voice a coaching and training company helping organizations build radical, courageous leadership practices.

Her most recent book, Technically Wrong: Sexist Apps, Biased Algorithms, and Other Threats of Toxic Tech, was named one of the best tech books of the year by Wired. She also wrote Design for Real Life (with Eric Meyer) and Content Everywhere, and has been published in The Washington Post, The Guardian, and McSweeney’s. Jennifer (Jen) Taylor is Chief Product Officer of Cloudflare, the company running one of the world’s largest networks which delivers Internet security, performance, and reliability. As CPO, Jen has been leading the delivery of cloud-based solutions for organizations of all sizes, from nonprofits to approximately 17 percent of the Fortune 1000 using at least one Cloudflare product.

Before Cloudflare, Jen was senior vice president of product management for Search at Salesforce where she built enterprise search experiences to connect people with the relevant information they need in order to produce business results. She also led Salesforce’s Data.com where she helped customers sell faster and smarter using a foundation of intelligent insights, and for Salesforce Chatter she shaped the direction of this powerful collaboration software. She’s also held a variety of senior product management and marketing roles at Facebook and for Rich Media Solutions at Adobe. Earlier in her career, Jen was at Macromedia (acquired by Adobe) and Vector Capital.

She holds a BA in Public Policy from Brown University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Cinthia Assali Head of Product at Gympass

Cinthia Assali is the VP of Product Development at Gympass, leading all consumer products. Before that, she co-founded Flaner, a machine learning startup, after working at Google for 11 years. She’s been dedicating her time to product development and innovation across multiple countries in the Americas, Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Asia.

Passionate to technology since 1996, she is also the owner of technology patents and multiple global awards, including best user experience.

David Dylan Thomas Author, Design for Cognitive Bias

Cris Valerio Senior Product Manager, Instacart

Cris has 10+ years of experience working with entrepreneurs and innovators across various roles including strategy, storytelling, user-research and product management. She is currently a senior product leader at Instacart.

Before that she was a Senior Product Manager at Uber where she worked on the Marketplace team leading products for both Riders & Drivers with a specific focus on pricing and promotions. Prior to that she worked on the agency side with IDEO and MM.

In a past life she was a financial news journalist covering stories for Bloomberg and NPR. She’s a Duke Fuqua alum and has worked around the world including Africa, India, Latin America, Europe, Russia, Asia and the U.S.

In her spare time, Cris is an avid rock climber and likes scaring herself silly on big walls.

Nacho Bassino Author & Director of Product at Xing

Nacho Bassino has been leading product teams for over ten years in different companies and industries, currently as Director of Product at XING, the social network for business professionals. Before XING, Nacho held other leadership positions as CPO at Bestday, Head of Product Development at Almundo, and Director of Product at Despegar. He is also passionate about sharing experiences and helping the product community. He organized Product Tank in Buenos Aires and Cancún and gave product management classes in different institutions. Most recently, he wrote Product Direction, a book that addresses how to create a winning product strategy and align its execution through strategic roadmaps and OKRs.

Audrey Crane Partner, DesignMap

Audrey is a Partner at DesignMap, a design consultancy focused on SaaS products for B2B, finance, and healthcare. She’s had the great good fortune to provide strategic, design, and research support and services over the years to clients and employers like Salesforce, Docker, Electrify America, Cisco, Google and Microsoft, among many others over her 25 years in high tech.

Unless you count that computer program Audrey wrote on a TRS-80 when she was 5, she started her tech career at Netscape, where she had the extraordinary good luck to meet two of the most important mentors in her life. Having studied mathematics and theatre in college, she fell in love when Hugh Dubberly showed her the right brain/left brain beauty of design. (Fell in love with design, not Hugh. Although Hugh is fantastic.) Marty Cagan taught her how to connect her skills with business as well as people, and that it’s possible to be both radically honest and radically kind. Since then, Audrey has gone on to work both inside companies running design teams, as well as as a consultant at DesignMap and Dubberly Design Office, working with extraordinary clients and colleagues to do great work that has a meaningful impact on peoples’ jobs and lives.

Samihah Azim Product Designer at Cash App

Samihah is a Product Designer at Cash App (Square) focused on designing approachable financial products and inclusive experiences. Previously, she worked at Lyft leading design for the Rider App’s messaging framework, and bridging business design with brand moments in product. Prior to Lyft, she led design on Postmates’ Growth team and One Medical’s core patient-facing app. Outside of design, she mentors for the State Department’s TechWomen program, enjoys painting eastern traditional art (@qalamigraphy on Instagram), and skiing. She wholeheartedly believes in constantly learning, going after your goals, and a good bowl of ramen.

Julia Shalet Author, The Really Good Idea Test

Julia Shalet, Product Doctor, is an award-winning innovator, product consultant, qualitative researcher, trainer & university tutor. Her book, The Really Good Idea Test, based on her 20+ years experience in the product field, was published by Pearson in 2020 and has just won an Axiom Business Book Award.
