At Cypherock, We are disrupting the current financial system by increasing the adoption of Blockchain-based digital assets through better key management solutions. We build "Worlds' first products" from India, work at the intersection of Blockchain, Security, Embedded Hardware & Cryptography and have worked with companies like Google, Blockgeeks, Samsung, Lockheed Martin, Apollo Munich, Bank of America amongst others.
As a Product Manager with a technical background at Cypherock, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our groundbreaking products. You will work closely with our tech and development teams to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and usability.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct user research to enhance the user journey, optimize product design, and gather feedback.
Measure and track core KPIs while ensuring user privacy.
Develop and launch products to boost cryptocurrency adoption with unique solutions.
Manage sprints, oversee post-release updates, create release metrics dashboards on
Mixpanel, and keep stakeholders informed.
Address roadblocks in UI/UX flow and technical implementation.
Collaborate with the CEO to finalize the PRD and design flow.
Assist in hiring for the engineering team and adapt to evolving company requirements.
Requirements:
Strong technical knowledge, preferably with experience in blockchain/web3 and hardware industries.
Previous experience in web3/crypto, fintech and hardware industries, would be preffered.
Preferably an experienced user of multiple crypto wallets, and owns a hardware wallet.
Proficient in measuring, tracking, and analyzing key performance metrics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for user research and team collaboration.
