• Process Improvement: Continuously improve our product processes and ensure efficient workflows
• Roadmap Execution: Define and execute the product roadmap in alignment with our overall business goals
• Cross-Team Communication: Ensure effective communication and collaboration between engineers, designers, and other teams
• User Research: Lead discovery efforts and conduct user research for both existing and new features
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze product performance, user feedback, and market trends to support data-driven decisions
• Transparency: Create transparency and clarity across the team to improve alignment and execution
🔧 What else might be part of your role
• Issue Resolution: Support the team in troubleshooting and resolving product-related issues
• Analytics Maintenance: Maintain product analytics and performance dashboards
• A/B Testing: Define, run, and evaluate A/B tests to continuously improve features
🙋♀️ Required skill moves
• Experience: 7+ years in product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role (either leading ICs or managing teams)
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with grassroots football
• Track Record: Proven track record of shipping successful products, ideally mobile apps
• Communication: Exceptional communication skills and the ability to motivate others, especially during high-pressure phases
• Adaptability: Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
• Organization: Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Hands-On Approach: Willingness to stay hands-on and dive into the details when needed
• Language Skills: Excellent command of English, both written and spoken (German being a plus)
